Silver Thomas Hanley was engaged to deliver Stage Two of Yarralinka Primary School in Southern River, expanding the school’s capacity to support students from Kindergarten to Year 6. The Stage Two works included new teaching blocks, a covered assembly area, junior football oval, playing courts, cricket practice nets and additional car parking.
 

While Stage One—comprising the Administration, Library and Early Childhood buildings—had been operational since 2021, the delivery of Stage Two required careful integration with existing facilities. The school remained fully functional throughout construction, demanding a staged delivery strategy, detailed planning, and robust stakeholder coordination to ensure continuity of operations.
 

Silver Thomas Hanley worked closely with the Department of Finance and Department of Education to deliver a high-quality educational environment that met all operational, environmental and compliance requirements.
