Overlooking the lake at the heart of the RAAFA Bull Creek estate, the Alice Ross King Building was designed to provide residents with a strong visual and physical connection to the outdoors—an essential element in promoting wellbeing and quality of life in aged care environments. 
 

The two-storey development includes single bedrooms and a dedicated dementia-specific wing, thoughtfully arranged into smaller domestic-scale ‘houses’ that support resident focused care. These environments promote familiarity, comfort, and independence - key to high-quality dementia care.
