Project: MYVISTA Aged Care Facility

It’s the second facility for the Not For Profit MYVISTA, formerly Stirling Ethnic Aged Homes Association (Inc), which opened its first 40-bed hostel for people from southern European backgrounds in 1994.

MYVISTA – which represents each of the six ethnic clubs that founded the organisation: M= Macedonian, Y= the former Yugoslavia, V= Vasto, I= Italian, S= Sicily, T= Tuscany, A= Adriatic – currently has a 102-bed aged care facility and 43 retirement village units plus home care services.

The new site at Mirrabooka, 12km north of the CBD, features a 112-bed aged care facility and ancillary services and 45 retirement living apartments designed by architects Silver Thomas Hanley, and will be built by property group Pindan.

A big step up then.
