As the major Integrated District Health Service for the Southern Wheatbelt region, the Narrogin Health Service plays a vital role in supporting both the town and surrounding communities. More than just a healthcare facility, it serves as a key civic landmark—supporting essential clinical services while also contributing to local identity and wellbeing.
 

Delivered through a carefully coordinated 12-stage redevelopment, the project maintained full 24/7 operations throughout construction. This required close collaboration across all consultants to ensure continuity of care and minimise disruption. The redevelopment was completed on time and within budget, aligning with national benchmarks including the Australian Health Facility Guidelines.
