MyVista Mirrabooka – Stage 1 represents the first phase of a broader masterplan to redefine aged care and community living in Perth’s northern corridor. As the foundational stage of a multi-phase development, it was essential that the design captured the long-term vision and community focused ethos of MyVista from the outset.
 

Guided by the Noongar word ‘Mirrabooka’, meaning the Southern Cross constellation, the design draws inspiration from the local cultural and environmental context to create a built form that is both respectful and contemporary. The outcome is a welcoming and vibrant development that integrates aged care, independent living, and commercial activity in a cohesive and human-centred precinct.
