Silver Thomas Hanley Christmas Function 2023

Please join us as we celebrate the end of 2023! We will meet around 11:30 am in the Collab Space for nibbles and drinks. The bus will depart the office at 12:30pm to head to Mister Walker Restaurant for lunch.

Crispy Pork Belly - w/ sambal colo colo, cos lettuce & rice cake gf

Grilled or Battered WA Fresh Fish of the Day - w/ Asian salad, fried potato & homemade tartare sauce gf

Roasted Chipotle Cauliflower - w/ herb tabouleh, lotus root, pickled cucumber, labneh & tahini dressing gf, vegetarian (vegan option)

We will then walk over to The Windsor (The Starboard Deck) for canapes and drinks.
