His considerable design knowledge in complex health and aged care facility projects has been integral to projects Marc has been involved in. He appreciates the wide variety of tasks that are involved from intricate facade design, to developing large concept plans for significant developments. His additional background in joinery and carpentry prior to architecture sees Marc deliver meticulous documentation for large complex projects. His key project involvement includes Opal Aged Care Carine, MyVista Aged Care Mirrabooka, Geraldton Health Campus Redevelopment, and St John of God Subiaco Hospital Redevelopment.
Marc has collaborated with the design team and stakeholders for St John of God Subiaco Hospital Redevelopment to ensure a user-focused design. Another of his major projects for the Practice was Opal Aged Care Carine, where his involvement ranged from design development, coordinating with consultants, and managing the documentation team, through to liaising with project managers and builders during construction. The project was thoroughly designed, coordinated and documented within the client's budget and construction being completed on time. Marc's attention to detail and his capability to resolve the task at hand with a systematic method was key to the project's outstanding outcome.
