The Coolibah Aged Care Redevelopment is a strategic project focused on improving resident wellbeing, operational efficiency, and visitor experience through the enhancement of core infrastructure and the creation of a unified and welcoming site entry.
 

Architecturally, the design carefully bridges old and new. The material palette incorporates soft cladding tones and timber-look elements that reference the cream and terracotta hues of the existing structures. A sculpted parapet gently connects the new and existing buildings, guiding visitors toward the new entrance and reinforcing a sense of continuity across the site.
